Any Seattle resident will tell you the months of June through September typically more than make up for the often dreary winters we get in the Pacific Northwest. For many, the winters are when they travel – and summer means staying close to home. But when a wedding invitation arrives from a very good friend, it’s hard to say no.

Let’s face it – Seattle isn’t exactly known for its weather.
