Countdown to St. Paddy’s

Well with only 13 days till the beer flows and the green is worn, it is time to start thinking about where you are going to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day.
Personally I vote for heading down to 1st and Columbia where you will find Fado’s Irish Pub. The entry fee is $15, $10 of which is a coupon for the next visit. But fear not, Fado’s is not just celebrating the 17th of March, they are celebrating the entire week prior.

Tuesday March 11th: Support St. Baldrick’s Children Cancer Research Charity

During the day we can actually see that glorious ball of gold, with only the occasional wisp of cloud or a bit of morning fog to obscure it. The flowers are even starting to make themselves known.

Sonics, Thunderbirds and Blue Men…

For all those interested in tickets here is an excellent site for anything playing at the Key Arena.
Whether you want to shout and scream at the Sonics Basketball games, or flinch as the Thunderbirds pound their opponents in Ice Hockey or watch the Blue Man Group shake things up, the Key Arena is the place for you.

Whats Up with the Weekly Weather?

There are rumors of “warmer” weather and sunshine, at least as much as Seattle can muster during the last few months of winter. Today was beautiful and sunny, but with a chilly blustery wind.
