Every year the Seattle Center hosts international festivals to further educate visitors and locals to the diversity the world has to offer. This year has been no different, sponsored by Safeco insurance there have been a total of 14 festivals already. Here is a list of the remaining 8.

Korean Cultural Celebration – Sept 8th
Celebrate Korean thanksgiving, Chu’sok.

Seattle Fiestas Patrias – Sept 15-16
Celebrate the independence of a variety of countries from Latin America

The Italian Festival – Sept 29-30
This community favorite is all about food, fun and all things Italian.

CroatiaFest – Oct 7
Experience the wonderful treasures of Croatia with dance, music, art and food.

Utsav South Asian Performing Arts Festival – Oct 13-14
This is a festival showcasing the rich traditional music and dance of the countries of South Asia.

TurkFest – Oct 20-21
Experience the diverse Turkish cultures from Hittites and Assyrians to Hellenes, Romans and Byzantines.

Dia De Muertos A Mexican Remembrance – Oct 27-28
Day of the Dead is a Mexican tadition rooted in ancient Aztec culture which celebrates life and the lives of the departed.

Hmong New Year Celebration – Nov 3
This festival marks the Lunar New Year of this SouthEast Asian highland culture originating in the mountains of CHina, Laos and Thailand.
